I’m 23. I’ve been lifting for about 10 years (since I was a freshman in high school).
For about 2 years, I didn’t miss a gym day once.
I’ve done all kinds of workouts. From 3 day splits at 4 hours a crack, to 6 day splits at 2 hours a session, to 3 day splits at 1 hour, and so on. This summer I also tried an HST workout program, which was interesting to say the least. Currently I’ve been doing a push/pull program with circuit training.
My all time max on chest is 325.
My greatest injury of all time was to my shoulder. It almost need surgery, and I learned a lot from the experience in terms of physical therapy I needed to recover.
I’ve had a 6 pack at one point, and don’t feel the need to ever have it again, but they’re cool (I used the Ab Boot Camp to get my six pack, and a very very strict diet - I maintained this for about a year and a half, doing the boot camp 3 times a week at a minimum).
I’ve taken a class in nutrition (in college), and found it somewhat valuable. I’ve really learned that different things work for different people though, and discovering what your body responds to is most important. And also, its simple mathematics that you need to consume more (calories) than you expend if you’re looking to gain muscle.
I’m graduated with a degree in management. I own a few businesses, I am a serial entrepreneur.
Check out VentureMedias.com, CampusHero.com, and MenuMunchies.com to see some of my work.
The last book I read was: “Good to Great” by Jim Collins
My favorite show: Dexter or Lost
I’m continually trying to gain weight, I’d like to hit 200 (currently fluctuate between 177 and 180).
I love to snowboard.
I love golds gym.
I’ll try to update this on a regular basis so you have an idea for who I am.
