So I just turned 23 and I’ve been working out for about 6-7 years now. I started working out my junior year in high school, but I only had a basic universal machine and a limited dumbbell rack, so it wasn’t too intense or consistent. I really started lifting hard once I got to college, but I never got a summer gym membership, so I lost a lot of my progress during the summer. Since about Spetember of 2006 I’ve been working out pretty hard non stop however.
I’m about 5′8″ and 177 pounds and I’ve hit the 300lb mark on bench, which was a pretty huge deal at the time. Nowadays I usually lift 5 days a week, but it’s not really the power lifting type routines I did in college. I’m going for a little more definition and shape, so as a result I’ve lost just a little bit of power, but I can still put up the iron, no worries.
Outside of lifting, I love to ski in the winter, I’ve been skiing since I was about4 years old, and during the summer I like to do a little golfing in my spare time.
I also enjoy long, moonlit walks on the beach, I’m a complete gentleman, and I’m single, so get at me ladies ha.
