For those of you who have followed the site, I apologize for the hiatus, we’ve been a little preoccupied. I’m going to try to keep things a little more regular, however.
Anyway, if you don’t already know…I like pull-ups…especially wide grip pull-ups. The problem is that you hit a wall at some point. You can keep doing as many possible and trying to increase your max number of reps, but what does that really do? Eventually your muscles get too used to it, your rep increases plateau and you stop seeing results. I have encountered a similar issue with dips, but fear not, I have a solution for both.
