Today’s exercise of the day is the “front barbell raise” which is a great exercise for shoulders. I suggest doing this exercise with maybe only 2 or 3 other shoulder exercises for a full shoulder workout (such as military press, side lifts, and shrugs). 1) Start with a low weight, if its too light, move up, no need to hurt yourself.
2) Grip the weight with your arms parallel.
3) Next, while standing with the barbell in your hands, do not rest them on your legs.
4) Slowly raise the barbell until it is parallel to the ground.
5) Pause.
6) Slowly bring the barbell back down, but do not let it rest on your legs.
7) Pause, and repeat!
